Government Introduces Online Passport Application Facility for Pakistanis

The NADRA technical team attended a meeting led by DG Passports Muhammad Ali Randhawa, where various important decisions were approved during this meeting.

Officials thoroughly examined the current passport system and and discussed a number of improvements aimed at bringing it in line with the modern requirements.

During the meeting, the authorities decided to provide citizens with the facility to apply for passports from home to make the process more convenient and reduce the workload on passport offices.

The meeting’s main goals were to improve the overall application process and upgrade the system through technologically driven modifications, in accordance with the vision of the Interior Minister.
