During the Hajj sermon in Masjid Namirah, Imam of the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Hudhaifi emphasized that Muslims should worship none but Allah, practice righteousness, and fear only Allah.

He advised that Muslims should never lose patience during hardships, as Allah has promised a great reward for those who remain patient.

Imam stated that a firm belief in Touheed and Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is Allah’s last Messenger, is a crucial component of Islam. He encouraged Muslims to express thankfulness to Allah and take advantage of His blessings, pointing out that countries that engaged in oppression and lacked gratitude were deprived of these benefits.

Additionally, the Imam advised Muslims to always speak the truth and refrain from lying. He urged pilgrims to start praying on a regular basis, continue to remember and worship Allah, and never stop asking for His forgiveness.

He further stated that the relationship between Allah and His servants is the path to salvation, so believers should stay connected to their Lord. He emphasized that pilgrims must stay away from all forms of disputes and arguments that might harm Muslim unity while performing the Hajj. He asked Allah to be merciful to the Muslim Ummah and to make things better for them.

He also reminded pilgrims that only Allah accepts prayers and pardons sins, therefore they should perform the Hajj rituals as best they can. He prayed that Allah would accept the pilgrims’ deeds and guide Muslims in the right direction.

The Hajj sermon was heard by millions of pilgrims at the Plain of Arafat, where special prayers were offered for the problems affecting the Muslim world.

After the sermon, the Dhuhr and Asr prayers were performed together at Masjid Namirah.
